MDC Sadagar Kalai and Youth Tipra Federation Lead Relief Effort, Deliver Essential Goods to Over 135 Families in Nograi.

Ompi, August 25, 2024: In a show of solidarity and commitment to the welfare of the people, MDC Sadagar Kalai, along with key leaders from the Youth Tipra Federation (YTF), spearheaded a relief operation in the flood and landslide-affected village of Nograi. Despite the treacherous conditions caused by incessant rain and landslides, the team successfully delivered essential goods and ration items to over 135 families struggling in the aftermath of the natural disaster.

The relief effort, which took place this evening, saw the active participation of Ompi YTF Block President Sri. Raju Debbarma, YTF Central Member Sri. Jayanata Kalai, YTF Block Member Sri. Grepter Kalai, and Sri. Suresh Kalai. Tipra Motha senior leaders Bikram Kalai, Sukendu Kalai, and Deb Sadhan Jamatia were also present, lending their support to the humanitarian mission. Together, they worked tirelessly to ensure that the affected families received the necessary supplies to cope with the ongoing crisis.
