In a remarkable display of commitment to public service, the Chief Minister took on the role of a surgeon at Tripura Medical College today, where he successfully performed a surgery for an Oral Cystic Lesion on a child. This marks a significant event, coming almost a year after his assumption of office.
The surgery, conducted at the familiar grounds of the Chief Minister's former workplace in Hapania, saw the presence of his former colleagues, who ensured a seamless transition back into the operating theater.
Following the procedure, the child, identified as Sukanta Ghosh's 10-year-old son, residing in Agartala, was reported to be in excellent health. This feat not only underscores the Chief Minister's dedication to public welfare but also highlights his professional expertise beyond the realm of politics.
