KORBOOK, June 5, 2024 — Today marks a significant milestone in the illustrious career of Mr. Gamanjoy Reang, who has been a dedicated member of the police force since 1994. Mr. Reang, currently serving as the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), was promoted to Tripura Police Service (TPS) Grade II in 2013, a testament to his unwavering commitment and exemplary service.
Throughout his 30-year career, Mr. Reang has garnered immense respect and affection from both his colleagues and the communities he has served. His journey began as a Sub-Inspector (SI), where his dedication and effective policing earned him the trust and support of the general public. For approximately 13 years, he held the position of Officer-in-Charge (OC) at seven different police stations, demonstrating exceptional leadership and administrative skills.
