Harrassment of Two Tiprasa women by autorickshaw driver at Agartala MBB Airport.

In a shocking incident at the Agartala airport, two Tiprasa women were ill-treated during a gundagiri of autorickshaw drivers. This incident highlights the growing menace of thuggish behaviour of a section of autorickshaw drivers at the airport, who are regularly harassing incoming air passengers.

According to airport sources, the two women from Agartala's Nandannagar district had arrived at the airport from Guwahati and had booked an Uber autorickshaw online. As they were about to board the autorickshaw, a thuggish driver rushed towards them and snatched the key from the Uber driver. The two women were mistreated and forced to walk halfway before renting another autorickshaw to reach home with difficulty.

Expressing her outrage over the incident, one of the women said, "It was quite rebellious for an auto driver to treat people coming from outside like this, and his disrespectful behaviour towards people isn't how a driver should behave." This incident is just one of many cases of harassment faced by air passengers at the hands of autorickshaw drivers at the Agartala airport.

The autorickshaw drivers' thuggish behaviour is a matter of grave concern and requires immediate attention from the authorities. It is appalling to see the goons among the autorickshaw drivers harassing air passengers and getting away with their misdeeds without any police action.

This incident should serve as a wake-up call for the concerned authorities to take strict action against the autorickshaw drivers who are indulging in such criminal activities. Air passengers have the right to a safe and hassle-free travel experience, and it is the responsibility of the authorities to ensure their safety and security. The autorickshaw drivers must be held accountable for their actions and punished as per the law.
